The Old Course Vilamoura Clubhouse presents an exclusive gastronomic journey featuring some of Portugal’s most esteemed chefs, celebrating the nation’s culinary heritage reimagined with creativity and authentic regional flair.

From 16th August to 13th September, across five select evenings, these Michelin-starred chefs will elevate Portuguese flavours to new heights through a carefully curated five-course tasting menu paired exquisitely with fine wines, priced at €150 per person.

Confirmed chefs include Rodrigo Castelo of Ó Balcão, Louis Anjos of Al Sud, Gil Fernandes of Fortaleza do Guincho, and Alexandre Silva of LOCO, each offering a distinctive culinary vision that honours their roots and the rich diversity of Portuguese gastronomy.
